The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese and was incredibly helpful, providing me with useful information on local transportation and even writing down Korean stickers for me to use. The room was comfortable and clean, and the Wi-Fi was good. The staff was patient and kind, making my stay very enjoyable.

it was easy to get to gwandeokjeong pavilion and yongyeon pond was also so close to this place. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like ujin haejangguk that was only 5 minutes' walk away. jeju city neighborhood is worth looking into. we loved our stay, and we recommend the hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time! The room was spotless and the wifi was strong.
